Frozen Grapes:

Perfect low-calorie solution for someone with a sweet tooth.

  • One cup of Grapes

  • Freeze Grapes overnight

  • Remove from freezer and enjoy!

Almond/Pistachio/Raisin Trail Mix:

Try this when hunger strikes, and prevent yourself from consuming empty calories between meals.

  • 1 tablespoon slivered Almonds

  • 1 tablespoon Pistachios

  • 1 tablespoon Raisins

  • Combine and Enjoy!

Chocolate Dipped Grapes:

A sweet and simple snack too good to be under 100 calories.

  • 1/2 cup Grapes

  • 1/4 oz. Dark Chocolate

  • Melt chocolate, coat Grapes, and Enjoy (refridgerate if desired)!
