I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 1998. Unfortunately, 5 years later my pancreas totally stopped working and I was deemed Type 1. I don't want anyone to go through the struggle of being told frightening and passive information by healthcare professionals.  There are times health professionals forget to take the time out to see how we feel about the information given. That's not to say all healthcare professionals are un-sympathetic. There are many physicians who care, but when you are given 15 minutes for an appointment it is not enough time to have someone relate to your problems.

This is why I have gone on a quest to partake in classes, webinars, CEU credits and any forum which 

will broaden my knowledge on teaching people how to care for their body and soul. I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
